A Little Lesson The word etiquette comes from the French word, meaning "little signs". It was developed when a French King opened up his grounds for large parties, but was distressed about the grass being trampled by his guests. He had the gardner put out little signs that said "Keep off the Grass". That is the story as I read it once somewhere.

This blog is where I will post advice about anything that comes to mind, or any questions that I am sent. I don't have any background in manners, but I do have a very strong opinion about how people should behave. I welcome any input and creative criticism.
